01Transmitter TW-810T/850T/800T
"TW-810T/TW-800T attaches to tools such as torque wrenches and pliers wrenches.
* TW-850T attaches to tools such as electric screwdrivers,cable tie guns, stamps,etc.
- A build-in LED displays the communication result.
- The power supply uses an easily replaceable coin battery (CR2032). Due to its low power consumption, about 300,000 uses are possible.
- A test switch enables communication and battery voltage checks.
- The case is constructed from a durable material: polypropylene.

02Receiver TW-800R
This is a one-unit relay type receiver.

Receiver with Output Expansion Unit
03Receiver with 3-Relay-Output Expansion Unit TW-800R-EXP
The receiver receives signals from four transmitters and relays them to the corresponding
four outputs by connecting the 3-relay-output expansion unit.
* We do not carry the torque wrench part.
04Receiver with Serial Output Expansion Unit TW-800R-EXS
By connecting the serial output expansion unit, one receiver can receive the signal without a restriction on the number of transmitters and outputs via RS-232C.

Receiver with Counter Feature
06Receiver with Counter Feature TW-800R-EXC
The TW-800R-EXC is a receiver with a counter function. The receiver receives signals from tools equipped with the TW-800T, such as torque wrenches, pliers wrenches, check pens etc., and counts according to preregistered work content. The receiver determines either "PASS" or "FAIL" according to the selected judgment mode.
Features
¡Can pair with up to 4 transmitters (tools)
¡Up to 8 types of work can be registered. Each work can be defined as a series of up to 4 different tools: a required task count is assigned to each tool.
¡There is a tool alarm to monitor the time of the task completion interval.
¡The remaining count for either each tool or all tools can be displayed.
¡A sensor input can be used as a work condition.
¡You can manage the sequence of tool usage (having no sequence setting is also possible).
¡After "PASS" judgment, an auto timer reset is possible.
- There are four judgment modes in the TW-800R-EXC.

- Mode 3: Task Count + Tool Timer
- Mode 4: Task Count + Work Timer + Tool Timer
07Simple Pokayoke Counter TW-800R-SC
- Managing the Work Count

- The work count can be managed.
- Judging by the task count of the registered work, the counter informs with a judgment output jack and a buzzer.
- Corresponding to Works with Various Tools

- Up to 8 types of task count per work can be registered.
- Various tools, such as check pens, torque wrenches, pliers wrenches, stamps, cordless power tools, etc. can be used in combination with the counter.
